A Salt

“You are the salt of the earth”
Not only is salt a preservative… it enhances the taste of life…
a reminder from the Sermon on the Mount… its not what we are but what Jesus offers in Himself through us…
He also reminds us… removed from Him we lose our ability to enhance and preserve and because of it risk becoming trodden on the ground…
Salt poured out… or even lightly sprinkled… is the essence of Gods love through man and his material person to speak… to touch… to bless…
